PREFERRED PRINTS

These are our standard prints, color-corrected to professional standards and cropped to your request. If you have been accustomed to Fuji or Noritsu digitally produced machine prints, you will see a distinct difference in our enlargements. We accept files through our website, on CD, DVD, memory stick or flashcard via mail or at our servicedesk in Stratford, Connecticut.

When sending files, you must also include a set of instructions. You must specify the size, quantity and cropping for each image, the paper finish and any special work you need to have done. We prefer a table of instructions and you can create a .txt, .html or Excel file for this purpose.

Any retouching or special effects you request are extra and will increase the service time on your order. We will call or email you with the cost of the service. Normal turnaround time is 2 or 3 days. Retouch orders will add 1 to 3 days.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Files must be standard jpeg's, in RGB or greyscale mode.If you are not familiar with preparing your files for prints, we recommend submitting the original camera jpeg's. If your files are not large enough to make the largest size you need, we will email you with the details. If you do prepare your own files, then please submit jpeg's cropped to the dimensions you need at 300ppi. Make sure they have enough resolution to print to the largest size you will need.
  • Any adjustments to your order must be made within 15 days after you receive them. Remakes will be made at no charge if your order is incorrect. We cannot issue credit for any work sent without written instructions even though you may have given us verbal instructions. As a matter of policy, we only issue credit vouchers for returned orders. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • We accept payment by credit card or check. Checks must clear our bank before shipment can be made. If paying by credit card, we will call you for your card information before shipping.
  • We charge $3.95 for priority mail shipping. Overnight shipments via express mail or Fedex are billed at full charge.
  • Files are deleted from our servers 60 days after printing. If you will need reprints done at a later time, we can burn the files to a CD and return them to you. There is a $6 charge for each CD.
