ProPrints

ProPrints from Conntech are one step above what everyone else sells. Instead of correcting overall density or color on the print using manufacturer-supplied software as most labs do, we open each file in Photoshop and use levels, curves and color balance to refine the print to its optimum visual appeal. You may select ProPrints for high-end clients where cost is less important than print quality or you may reserve these prints for problem files which cannot be successfully fixed otherwise.

Please note that any retouching is an additional service not included in these prices.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Turnaround time is 3-5 days. Retouching services will add 2 days.
• All prints are corrected using Photoshop™ levels, curves and color balance. We only work on copies of your files. Originals are untouched. Finished files may be burned to a CD for $10. All files are stored on our servers for 90 days.
• Files must be sent as standard 8 bit RGB jpeg's. Black & white files may be sent in RGB or greyscale mode. We encourage you to crop the image to your specifications. Any cropping you ask us to do will be to accepted standards: eg. centered heads, couples or groups.
• Please supply a .txt file containing instructions for cropping, size, quantity and paper surface.
• Send files individually or in folders. We assume each folder is a separate job. You may send any number of jobs per order. Zipped orders are NOT accepted in this category.
